Session summary screen to revisit and add information

In the post‑interview experience, there is no dedicated screen that lets the user revisit their session, review what was discussed, and add extra information afterwards. I expected an end‑of‑session view where I can see a summary and optionally amend or expand on answers. Steps to Reproduce Complete an interview session with the agent. Let the interview end (or end it manually). Look for a screen that shows session details, transcript, or summary with the option to add more context. Observe what is (or is not) available after the session. Actual vs Expected Behavior Actual: After the interview ends, there is limited or no way to re‑enter the session context to edit/augment responses or clarify points. Expected: A dedicated session summary screen that lets the user: Review key questions/answers or a transcript. Add clarifications or additional comments that are saved with the session. Additional Context (optional) This is important for users who remember additional details shortly after the conversation.

Reminder Calendar

Show in the calendar when the reminders are being sent out

Have a voice reading it out a bit like the interview later on. It should, I think, be quite similar and I want you to just talk to it in the same sense so that would be the ideal situation and then have a separate option where I can just type

Maybe it's confusing to be able to allow or not allow this

I'm not quite sure whether there's an advantage in making this a binary option or if we should not always auto-allow this because in the end the interviewee will be able to say yes or no. I don't see any particular reason why we should have an option that we can click here. Maybe we could have put "Should move this to the general section setting page" or something. Also I'm not quite sure if people understand what screen recording means in this context without knowing that it's about recording specific process steps. I don't know maybe I'm also mistaken and it's just confusing people

long loading cycles

Everything I do seems to load quite slowly for quite a long time. When starting a new interview campaign creation or when I click on "Test the interview", everything seems to take a long time. I don't know whether this is internet reception or maybe there is a way to make this smoother or quicker

Voice samples cut off early

When I play back one of the audio samples of the different TTS models/ voice narrators, they don't pronounce the whole sentence but their voice cuts off early

feat: Rename agents to personalities

People would have an easier time understanding what the agent tab is for if you would just tell them it is like a character personality or some sort of trait a consultant would have. Maybe just rename the whole thing

Agent löscht meine manuellen Themen

Als ich ein manuelles Thema hinzugefügt habe und den Agenten dann gefragt habe, ob er noch etwas Weiteres hinzufügen hat, hat er einfach meine manuellen Themen gelöscht und ersetzt. Das sollte nicht vorkommen. Ich habe da extrem viel Arbeit reingesteckt.

Der Nutzer weiß aktuell noch gar nicht, was möglich ist mit dem Tool. Somit sollten wir Vorschläge liefern oder sogar etappenweise Kampagnen einführen.

Don't make PR steps skippable

In a prior issue I mentioned that I was at step 3, mentioning which participants I wanted to invite. I did this but I couldn't click on review because apparently, as I've learnt now with trial and error, in step 1 I didn't indicate when the survey should take place. This confused me and took a lot of time to actually understand that I needed to go back. Ideally I should not be able to progress to the next step if I haven't satisfied all required conditions in the prior step.

Undescriptive open tasks

I'm stuck on the onboarding process. I cannot click any review or any further step and when hovering over the review button it says that something is incomplete but I do not know what this means. I don't know what to add in order to progress

Fix user settings and workspace settings.

These should be synced with Clerk and all the teammates should be shown there either as owners, managers, or admins, depending on what Clerk allows.

Hungry Lion campaign feedback

Here's the consolidated feedback: Product Feedback — Campaign Tool Testing What's working well The setup experience is intuitive and smooth. The dashboard view (Antora) is clean and genuinely useful — easy to see campaign status at a glance. Issues to address No edit capability post-setup — Once a campaign is configured and outputs are generated, there's no way to go back and adjust. Users are forced to restart from scratch. An edit or revision flow is needed. CSV upload failure — File upload did not work as expected during testing. The tool failed to locate the uploaded file. Needs investigation and a reliable fix. Email notifications missing — There's no notification when a campaign goes live. This is particularly important when the person who sets up the campaign is different from the person who needs the output. A triggered email alert would close that gap without requiring anyone to log in and check manually. Multi-question campaign logic unclear — Three distinct questions were submitted, but only one campaign was scheduled. If the tool requires separate campaigns per question, that needs to be clearly communicated upfront — and ideally streamlined so it doesn't create unnecessary admin.

Wenn die Kampagnen-Auswertung kommt, möchte ich gegebenenfalls noch die finale Screen bearbeiten können, einfach wirklich inline editieren, die dann übernommen werden, oder einen Agenten dafür haben.

Broken campaign creation flow

Here in this campaign creation flow I just added a participant but I do not know what to do next. I cannot click on review and I'm a bit lost here now. I do not know what to do in order to progress

UI Bug

The setup is the onboarding assistant highlights an area but the onboarding text is under flows or is hidden in the screen so it should move up or be visible.

bug - cannot launch camapain

When clicking on Launch Campaign, in the Reviews section, it says Success Criteria is required and that's why it cannot launch it. That's weird because I didn't know where to put anything and I'm a bit lost as a user now about what to do

add voice transcription feature

This is not a high priority feature request but it will be great to have a native Wispr Flow kind of like voice transcription to be embedded into the text input field so I can just

replace with directly selecatable icons

currently its 3 clicks. ideally we show the available options as an icon and have the default pre-selected

Opening already existing campaign results in "no data found"

In the Ontora workspace on a campaign that already has been created, it seems like the interview cannot be accessed or the database has lost it
