Product Feedback — Campaign Tool Testing

What's working well The setup experience is intuitive and smooth. The dashboard view (Antora) is clean and genuinely useful — easy to see campaign status at a glance.

Issues to address

1. No edit capability post-setup — Once a campaign is configured and outputs are generated, there's no way to go back and adjust. Users are forced to restart from scratch. An edit or revision flow is needed.

2. CSV upload failure — File upload did not work as expected during testing. The tool failed to locate the uploaded file. Needs investigation and a reliable fix.

3. Email notifications missing — There's no notification when a campaign goes live. This is particularly important when the person who sets up the campaign is different from the person who needs the output. A triggered email alert would close that gap without requiring anyone to log in and check manually.

4. Multi-question campaign logic unclear — Three distinct questions were submitted, but only one campaign was scheduled. If the tool requires separate campaigns per question, that needs to be clearly communicated upfront — and ideally streamlined so it doesn't create unnecessary admin.
