Maybe it's confusing to be able to allow or not allow this
I'm not quite sure whether there's an advantage in making this a binary option or if we should not always auto-allow this because in the end the interviewee will be able to say yes or no. I don't see any particular reason why we should have an option that we can click here. Maybe we could have put "Should move this to the general section setting page" or something. Also I'm not quite sure if people understand what screen recording means in this context without knowing that it's about recording specific process steps. I don't know maybe I'm also mistaken and it's just confusing people

long loading cycles
Everything I do seems to load quite slowly for quite a long time. When starting a new interview campaign creation or when I click on "Test the interview", everything seems to take a long time. I don't know whether this is internet reception or maybe there is a way to make this smoother or quicker

Voice samples cut off early
When I play back one of the audio samples of the different TTS models/ voice narrators, they don't pronounce the whole sentence but their voice cuts off early

feat: Rename agents to personalities
People would have an easier time understanding what the agent tab is for if you would just tell them it is like a character personality or some sort of trait a consultant would have. Maybe just rename the whole thing

Agent löscht meine manuellen Themen
Als ich ein manuelles Thema hinzugefügt habe und den Agenten dann gefragt habe, ob er noch etwas Weiteres hinzufügen hat, hat er einfach meine manuellen Themen gelöscht und ersetzt. Das sollte nicht vorkommen. Ich habe da extrem viel Arbeit reingesteckt.

Der Nutzer weiß aktuell noch gar nicht, was möglich ist mit dem Tool. Somit sollten wir Vorschläge liefern oder sogar etappenweise Kampagnen einführen.

Don't make PR steps skippable
In a prior issue I mentioned that I was at step 3, mentioning which participants I wanted to invite. I did this but I couldn't click on review because apparently, as I've learnt now with trial and error, in step 1 I didn't indicate when the survey should take place. This confused me and took a lot of time to actually understand that I needed to go back. Ideally I should not be able to progress to the next step if I haven't satisfied all required conditions in the prior step.

Edit: people are visually not clear enough
After adding a new participant it is edited down below but in a visually indistinct color. I didn't realize that it already edited the respective participant. It felt like it didn't do anything. Maybe there should be a small pop-up saying "edited" and then maybe the edited participants should be marked in light green or something, something visually distinct from the rest of the UI so I understand what just changed.

New Workspace SetUp Skips HR and Knowledge Steps
When I created a new workspace, it prompted me for our company domain and then I've seen that the next step should have been HR setup and sharing a knowledge base. Once I've entered our company domain, it just skipped the next two steps and directly forwarded me into the new workspace

As a user I'm a bit overwhelmed seeing so many different icons I can click and type and enter and so many texts and I'm a bit confused. I ideally just want to have a start conversation button and maybe a short description of what I'm clicking here right now and then anything else I think maybe can be shown in the interaction field when starting the conversation. Maybe even the agent can say it out loud, like, "Hey, okay, by the way, this is the transparency blah blah. If you're not okay with that, you can change it on this left hand side. Are we all set?" Then you can just say, "Okay are we done?" I would definitely put this after we've started the conversation
