reduce visual complexitiy

As a user I'm a bit overwhelmed seeing so many different icons I can click and type and enter and so many texts and I'm a bit confused. I ideally just want to have a start conversation button and maybe a short description of what I'm clicking here right now and then anything else I think maybe can be shown in the interaction field when starting the conversation. Maybe even the agent can say it out loud, like, "Hey, okay, by the way, this is the transparency blah blah. If you're not okay with that, you can change it on this left hand side. Are we all set?" Then you can just say, "Okay are we done?" I would definitely put this after we've started the conversation
