Session summary screen to revisit and add information

In the post‑interview experience, there is no dedicated screen that lets the user revisit their session, review what was discussed, and add extra information afterwards. I expected an end‑of‑session view where I can see a summary and optionally amend or expand on answers.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Complete an interview session with the agent.

2. Let the interview end (or end it manually).

3. Look for a screen that shows session details, transcript, or summary with the option to add more context.

4. Observe what is (or is not) available after the session.

Actual vs Expected Behavior

Actual: After the interview ends, there is limited or no way to re‑enter the session context to edit/augment responses or clarify points.
Expected: A dedicated session summary screen that lets the user:

• Review key questions/answers or a transcript.

• Add clarifications or additional comments that are saved with the session.

This is important for users who remember additional details shortly after the conversation.
