In the interview player / live interview screen, there is no reliable and obvious way to pause or end the interview. The existing pause/hang‑up controls either don’t work consistently or are not intuitive. I expected a clear pause and a clear end/hang‑up action.
Steps to Reproduce
Go to an active interview session.
Try to pause the interview using the visible controls (e.g., pause button).
Try to completely end the session / hang up.
Observe the agent’s behavior and the final screen state.
