Move Ontora icon when the agent is speaking.

On the interview player / live interview screen, there is no strong visual indication that the Ontora agent is currently speaking. I expected the Ontora icon/avatar to animate in sync with the agent’s speech so users can easily see who is talking.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to an active interview session.

2. Let the agent ask a question or speak a longer response.

3. Watch the Ontora icon or avatar while the audio is playing.

4. Notice the lack of dynamic speaking animation.

Actual vs Expected Behavior

Actual: The Ontora icon remains mostly static while the agent is talking, so there is no clear visual link between audio and the “speaker” in the UI.
Expected: The Ontora icon/avatar should animate while the agent speaks (e.g., pulsing, growing/shrinking, or using an equalizer‑style animation) to visually represent voice activity.

This also helps when audio is slightly out of sync or when multiple UI elements are present; users can still see at a glance that the agent is the active speaker.
