Priority: High
What users said
A senior executive attempted the interview on mobile and could not complete it.
They said this matters because busy leaders may only engage while moving.
They also said store users would often not be on laptops, so mobile is essential.
Underlying requirement
Mobile should be a first-class interview environment, not a degraded fallback.
Implementation guidance
Optimize for phone-first interaction:
large tap targets
low-friction audio capture
resilient backgrounding behavior
reconnect on app/browser focus return
Minimize UI complexity on small screens
Support interrupted mobile usage:
walking
multitasking
switching apps
screen lock/unlock
Make question/answer flow readable and resumable on poor bandwidth
Test specifically on common mid-range Android devices, not just ideal hardware
Acceptance criteria
Full interview can be completed on mobile.
Temporary app switching does not break session state.
Audio/question flow remains usable on unstable mobile networks.
